Booking requires a $50 online deposit. The deposit is non-refundable but counts toward the total service cost. Appointments can be rescheduled at least 72 hours ahead to keep the deposit, up to two times before a booking is cancelled. Arriving 20 or more minutes late, or not arriving, cancels the appointment without a refund. No refunds are issued once a service is completed.
Before a first visit, the desired shape and pigment color can be pre-mapped at no charge in about 10 minutes. Consultations lasting 30 minutes or more carry a $50 fee. Procedures take roughly 1 to 3 hours depending on what is booked. Topical numbing gel or cream is used during treatment. Single-use disposables cover anything that touches the skin, and the work area and equipment are sanitized before each appointment. The studio is open Tuesday to Saturday, 11am to 6pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Kids and pets are not permitted in the studio.
Touchups are available only to existing clients who had their procedure with the studio and are not included in the initial service. A touchup may be needed 4 to 8 weeks after the first appointment, and some clients need more than one. After 18 months, a regular service is booked instead. Aftercare involves cleansing the area 3 to 5 times a day for the first week and applying the aftercare ointment provided, avoiding swimming, saunas, sunbeds and direct sun for several days, and wearing sunscreen or SPF on the area once healed to help prevent fading. Results are not guaranteed and can vary with factors such as face structure, sensitivity and hair amount.
Procedures are performed with topical numbing and single-use disposables for skin-contact supplies, with the workspace and equipment sanitized before each appointment.
A small lounge area outside the studio is available for guests who are waiting.
