iBody

iBody is a clinic in San Marino, California, founded in 2004 by Roberto Tostado and Teresa Tostado. Its services sit across functional medicine, regenerative medicine and regenerative aesthetics, and the clinic provides in-person care only within California.

Every visit to the clinic begins with a detailed one-on-one consultation with a doctor. Intake includes advanced blood tests and diagnostic panels covering hormone levels, thyroid function, immune response and inflammation, so that a plan can be built from the results. Medical weight loss follows three physician-guided phases: an initial evaluation that may include clinician-directed detoxification support, active fat loss with physician oversight, nutrition guidance and monitoring, and a maintenance period under continued medical follow-up. The program may use GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide or tirzepatide in phased cycles when a physician judges them appropriate, and clients can use the clinic's own app for the program.

Beyond weight management, the clinic offers hormone optimization programs for men and for women. Hormone pellet therapy places pellets under the skin in an in-office procedure under local anesthesia. The pellets typically contain compounded bioidentical estradiol or testosterone prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies; the clinic notes that compounded hormone therapies are not FDA approved medications. Men can also join the GOATs Program, a medically guided program covering hormones, metabolism, mindset and lifestyle. IV infusion sessions take place in a clinical setting after a medical consultation, usually last 30 to 60 minutes, and are offered for general wellness support such as hydration, energy, recovery and nutritional balance rather than to diagnose or treat disease.

The clinic's aesthetic and device treatments are described as non-invasive. EMFace uses RF and HIFES energy on facial skin and muscle in sessions of around 30 minutes with no downtime, and is described for early signs of aging such as mild facial sagging, fine lines, and jowls or volume loss. Exion Clear is a needle-free, laser-free RF treatment for discoloration, age spots and uneven skin tone, combining monopolar radiofrequency, targeted ultrasound and cooling. EmSculpt Neo is a body contouring treatment of about 30 minutes with no downtime, FDA cleared for the abdomen, arms, legs and buttocks, that combines HIFEM energy for muscle building with radiofrequency energy aimed at fat reduction. Micro-needling is also offered. EXOMIND uses ExoTMS transcranial magnetic stimulation for mental and emotional wellness without medication or surgery; sessions take about 30 minutes and need no downtime, and insurance coverage varies by provider and plan.

The iBody Signature 21-Day Cleanse is a detoxification program that uses formulas, shakes and supplements selected and physician-formulated by the clinic. It is not a juice fast or an over-the-counter cleanse, and it is not designed as a weight-loss treatment. Its purpose is to help establish a steadier baseline before additional treatments.
