The menu is organized into cosmetic treatments, medical aesthetics, targeted aesthetics, permanent cosmetics, medical weight loss and waxing. Targeted aesthetics covers wrinkle reduction, discoloration, firming and tightening, acne, hair reduction, fat reduction, chest rejuvenation and hand rejuvenation. Injectable options include Botox and Dysport at 13 dollars per unit, dermal fillers from 500 dollars, Kybella from 750 dollars, Sculptra, Voluma or Volux from 900 dollars, and liquid rhinoplasty at 1,500 dollars. Free consultations are offered for injectables, medical weight loss, permanent makeup and custom spray tans, and the business says a PDO thread lift is custom to each client.

The medical weight loss program uses semaglutide, compounded with vitamin B12 according to the business. Clients need a blood work panel that the medical team reviews before approval. The first visit includes a consultation, a metabolic intake and four weeks of medication to self-inject weekly, followed by monthly follow-up visits. The program is offered without insurance. The business states that clinical trials have shown semaglutide can decrease body fat by 15 to 18 percent in people who are obese or overweight.

Booking is online, and clients must agree to the appointment policies before booking. A credit card is required to hold an appointment. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours notice by phone or text, since email and social media messages are not accepted. Appointments canceled within 48 hours or missed without notice carry a 50 dollar charge, and clients more than 15 minutes late may have their service rescheduled and a 50 dollar no-show fee. Permanent makeup requires a 100 dollar non-refundable deposit and 72 hours notice to reschedule. The office is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, is open Saturday by appointment only, and is closed Sunday.

Treatments are customized to each client, with medical grade skincare and a focus on explaining options before work begins. The team builds a personal relationship with clients over time.
