The Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method is a three-phase program whose first phase limits carbohydrates, paired with personal coaching and lifestyle education for maintaining weight. The studio says it is an independently owned clinic authorized to sell Ideal Protein products, and that it exclusively offers the method, which it says focuses on fat loss and muscle preservation. On average the program costs about $15 to $21 a day, including foods and supplements, after an initial consultation and starter kit. Psychotherapy and counseling take place in a confidential setting and can be short or long term.
