The menu covers full sets in classic, hybrid and volume styles, with fill appointments scheduled at 1-2 week or 3-4 week intervals depending on how fast the natural lashes grow. Lash clusters and a lash switch are also available, and a lash switch is for clients who already have extensions from another lash technician.
Removal is offered as a standalone service, and a shorter appointment-only removal option is listed as well. For people who want to learn the work themselves, the studio runs a mini lash class of about two hours. It covers hands-on practice on a mannequin, application technique, and tips on isolation and retention, and each student receives a mini lash kit.
Fill appointments require a deposit, and deposits are non-refundable. Fill deposits are also forfeited if an appointment is cancelled or moved with less than 24 hours' notice. Lash appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours ahead. Clients who arrive 15 minutes late are asked to reschedule, and late arrivals shorten the appointment that day. Clients are asked to come in with clean lashes and no makeup.
