The signature offering is Builder Gel, a gel used to strengthen, extend or add structure to the natural nail. It is applied in thin layers, cured under LED or UV light, and smoothed with isopropyl alcohol rather than monomer. Gel Overlay covers the natural nail after a full cuticle care service, while Gel Extensions add length with tips or forms before the gel is sculpted over them. Existing extensions can be filled in within four weeks of the last visit; after that, the set is charged as a new one. Gel Polish Manicure, Polish Change and a Princess Manicure for children aged five to ten round out the natural nail menu, and Spa Pedicure and Pedicure Overlay with Builder Gel cover the toes. Nail art comes in three tiers that are added to a main service, from classic designs to advanced multi-colour artwork.

Booking requires a $25 deposit, which is non-refundable and applied to the total. New clients must arrive with bare nails or add the Removal service. Rescheduling needs at least 24 hours' notice, and the deposit can move to one changed booking; cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice. Late arrivals should message ahead or within a fifteen-minute grace period, or the appointment may be cancelled. Confirmations and reminders come by text. Nail services are cosmetic rather than medical, so clients should mention any allergies or infections before their appointment. Hours are Wednesday and Thursday 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Friday and Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and closed Sunday through Tuesday. The phone number is (843) 940-8284.

The 12-Week Growth Regimen is four Builder Gel Overlay visits about three weeks apart, each around 90 minutes, for $275. Half is paid at booking and half at the third visit, and the regimen includes a complimentary home-care package from the INKssentials line. INKssentials products are sold through Square checkout, and orders ship within the United States by flat-rate USPS, or can be collected in studio at the next appointment. Opened body and skincare products cannot be returned; damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
