Services are organized into I Love Tiers 1, 2 and 3. Tier 1 ($100) and Tier 2 ($200) each include a treatment, and Tier 3 ($300) adds a style. Tier 1 styles take about an hour and include Goddess-Love Braids, Classic Cornrows, Wash N Go, Big Dry Baby and Snip Snip. Tier 2 styles take about two hours and include Double Dutch, Twist N Shout, Love Me Knots, Straight Ahead, Mane-Tenance, New Beginnings, Rootin For Ya and All Or Nothin. Extra color beyond the standard $20 coverage is charged per ounce.

Book with Lulu is a $300 package of about two hours with one treatment and one finishing service. The five treatments included with every tier are Spoiled, an organic oil and herb hot oil treatment; Getta Life; Grow 'n Thin No More; Silky Way; and Detox-It, a formula for clearing buildup from the scalp and hair after braids or extensions come out.

Add-ons must be booked with a tier. They include Snip Snip (about 15 minutes, $50), Big Dry Baby (about 30 minutes, $50), Honey-Comb, a gentle comb-out (about 30 minutes, $50), and T-Zone spot coverage for edges ($50). Scalp boosts are $20 each and take about five minutes; options are I Love Boost, Root Beer, High-5, Grow-tein, Silkshake and Bam-Boost. HeadRest is a $20 scalp massage of about ten minutes, given before or after treatments.

Clients who want to start remotely can book one of two Zoom sessions. The Hair Reset Consultation runs 30 minutes and includes an intake form, photo review and a summary emailed within 48 hours. The Custom Care Plan runs 60 minutes and covers intake, a root-cause evaluation and product and ingredient education, followed by a PDF plan and two weeks of follow-up support. The virtual consultant is described as having over 30 years of hands-on hair and scalp experience.

Clients are asked to shampoo and detangle their hair at least two weeks before the visit, and a service fee applies if hair is more tangled than typical. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a fee, and late cancellations and missed appointments incur a 50% fee. Appointments more than 10 minutes late may be rescheduled with a $25 fee. Take-out service for twists and braids is not offered. Children under 8 are welcome, but parents and guardians should not sit in the shampoo chair or hover at the station. There is no on-site parking; street parking is available on 79th St and Maitland Ave, and companions wait outside as there is no inside waiting area.
