Extension services are built around sets and touch-ups. A Classic set takes about 45 to 60 minutes, with the length depending on the number of lashes, and every set can be customized toward a more natural or a more dramatic look. Touch-ups are priced by style and by whether they are booked at two or three weeks. Real Mink Under Lash takes about 30 minutes, and removal of extensions takes about 15 minutes.

Beyond extensions, the studios offer keratin eyelash lifts with treatment, which can be combined with tinting or with an upper and under lift. Lash tinting takes about 15 minutes. Brow lamination takes about 40 minutes, and brow lamination with tinting takes about an hour. Eyebrow tinting on its own takes about 30 minutes.

The business says its technicians are certified and that it uses USA-based brands for services and training. New clients can reserve a first appointment by holding a voucher number or paying a $50 deposit, and the number of new clients accepted each day is limited. Appointment changes must be made more than 24 hours ahead, and appointments must be confirmed the day before or they are removed. Arriving more than 15 minutes late cancels the appointment and the deposit is not refunded. A $50 deposit is required for clients with a history of same-day cancellations, no-calls or no-shows. Services are not refunded, except when an allergic reaction prevents wearing the extensions. Gift cards are sold in $100 and $150 amounts.
