The salon's menu is grouped into basic packages, weave packages, hair treatments, hair color, crochet, consultations, add-ons, satin press, and other services, with prices listed from a starting point where the final cost depends on the hair.

Booking is handled entirely online, and walk-ins are not accepted. New clients must book a consultation before any service; a service booked without one may be moved so a consultation can fit. A $30 deposit confirms each appointment, and the rest is paid at the visit. Cards and digital payments are accepted, but cash is not. Clients are asked to arrive on time, since arriving more than 15 minutes late carries a $25 fee and a significantly late arrival may lead to rescheduling. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, with a $25 fee for same-day cancellations. Rescheduling also needs 24 hours' notice, and a change inside that window costs $25. A missed appointment that was never cancelled carries a $50 no-show fee. Any late, cancellation, or other extra fees are added to the final bill. Client contact details are kept securely and used only for appointments and salon messages.

Alongside styling, the salon sells its own Heavenly Treasures line: a hair masque, a night oil, and a bundle that pairs the two. Alexia Malcolm offers a private in-office hair loss consultation in a private room, and life coaching sessions are available with her and the Wellness team.

New clients start with a consultation, and pricing for several services, including weaves, two strand twists, and texturizers, is set after the hair is assessed.
