The space has a boutique feel, with minimalist, earth-toned design, natural textures and botanical oil scents.

A first visit includes a skin consultation, a skin analysis, a customized treatment of about an hour, and recommendations for home care. Plan for 75 to 90 minutes in total and arrive 10 minutes early for paperwork. Clients are asked to mention skin sensitivities or recent cosmetic procedures. Before an appointment, it helps to arrive with a clean face, avoid harsh exfoliants, retinol or acids for two to three days, and skip waxing for at least three days. Monthly facials are recommended, since skin renews roughly every 28 days, and bi-weekly visits may be suggested at first for active acne.

Appointments can be booked online at any hour through a scheduling system that shows real-time availability, or by phone or at the front desk. Cancellations and rescheduling require 24 hours notice, and late cancellations are charged half the service fee while no-shows are charged the full fee. A credit card is needed to hold appointments. Membership programs, gift cards that never expire, and custom gift packages are also offered.

The spa works with the skin's natural processes, pairing plant-based, non-toxic formulations with clinical techniques, and is open about what skincare can and cannot do.
