The studio organizes its extension sets by volume, labeled 1D through 6D. The number in front of the D is the count of extensions applied to each natural lash. A 1D set places one extension on each natural lash and gives a mascara-like look. 2D and 3D sets add more fullness while still reading as natural. 4D, 5D and 6D sets are generally dramatic, with 6D as the fullest option the studio offers.

Clients with a 2D or higher set can move up or down in volume at a fill appointment. Clients with a 1D set cannot move to a 2D or higher fill and instead book a full 2D or higher set. Fills are generally recommended every two to three weeks.

The studio provides aftercare guidance. Clients are asked to keep lashes dry for 48 hours, avoid pulling, rubbing or picking at them, and avoid sleeping face-down, saunas, steam and humid conditions. Oil-based products and mascara are discouraged, and oil-free makeup remover is recommended. Perms, tints and eyelash curlers are not advised. The studio notes that natural lashes are lost at a rate of 3 to 5 per eye each day.

Before an appointment, natural lashes should be clean and free of mascara, eye makeup, foundation and lash glue. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a fee; changes made within 24 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled service price. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is offered for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. Gift cards are sold through the booking page, and an email list shares lash tips, appointment openings and news.
