Services include classic manicures and pedicures and nail art. Clients who notice a problem after an appointment, such as chipped shellac, a broken nail or a missing charm, can book a fix. Fixes reported within five days of the visit are free, and later requests are booked as a Nail Fix at $5 per nail.

Arriving clients wait in their vehicle and let the salon know they are there. Booking takes a $15 deposit, collected in person as well as online. Changes go through the confirmation email sent at booking. A deposit can be moved once to another time if the change is requested 48 hours or more ahead; a second reschedule cancels the appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours and no-shows add a $20 charge to the card on file, on top of the deposit. Arriving after a 10-minute grace period costs $10, and arriving more than 20 minutes late cancels the appointment unless the slot can still be taken for an extra $10.

Refunds are not offered for services. Remaining balances can be paid by cash, card, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo or Apple Pay.
