Ashley Deen is the color specialist and owner, and the menu is built around color work: root touch-ups, gloss refreshes, face frames, partial and full highlights, balayage, scalp bleaching and color correction. Haircuts, styling, brow tinting, extensions and treatments are offered alongside.

Color services are listed from a starting price. The salon notes that hair density and length can call for extra product and time, so the final cost can run above the listed amount. New clients pay a deposit for many services, from $50 to $200 depending on the service, and color correction and scalp bleach virgin applications require a $200 deposit. Appointments are held with a credit card, and a confirmation email and text go out three days ahead. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Cash and all major credit cards are accepted.

Booking changes need at least 48 hours' notice. Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours incurs a non-refundable charge of half the estimated service cost, and cancelling within 24 hours incurs the full estimated cost. Services are not refundable, but clients unhappy with a service are asked to contact the salon within one week for an adjustment. Emergencies and unforeseen circumstances are considered case by case.

The salon is open Wednesday and Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM, Thursday from 10 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM. It is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Questions can be sent through the contact form on the salon's site, and bookings are made through its GlossGenius page.
