The haircut and blowout services both begin with a shampoo and a scalp massage with conditioning, followed by a choice of styling. The Hum House Haircut includes the cut itself and takes at least 45 minutes. The blowout is priced from $60 and takes at least 45 minutes; clients with long or thick hair should select the Extra Hum option when booking. The Single Process Root Refresh is an all-over color refresh that covers gray and takes at least 105 minutes. Highlights and custom color are offered with Kyllie Peiffer and Alyssa Oakes, with partial and full options at different price points and times. Custom Partial and Custom Full appointments with Kyllie require a $50 deposit, and new clients need one for Custom Full.

Event styling is available for wedding guests, prom and similar occasions, but it is not offered as bridal styling. It takes about 75 minutes and requires a $50 deposit. Bridal styling inquiries are handled by email at humhousehair@gmail.com.

The facial menu starts with the Hum House Facial, which uses a double cleanse, exfoliation, light extractions, facial massage and a calming cream mask. The Awakening Facial is designed for all skin types and adds an oxygen infusion and Celluma LED light therapy. The Purifying Facial is designed for acne-prone skin and includes extractions, high-frequency therapy and Celluma blue light. The Timeless Facial is an anti-aging treatment with deep exfoliation, a lifting massage and Celluma red light. The Japanese Massage Facial uses hand massage, acupressure and sonic gua sha. A Monthly Facial Special changes each month and is announced on Instagram.

Consultations are offered at no charge and last 15 minutes or more. Existing clients can receive one complimentary bang trim between haircut appointments. A 20 percent cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
