Memberships come in three tiers. The individual plan is $95 per month for one person and covers up to three visits a month. The couple plan is $170 per month for two people, and the family plan is $190 per month for up to four family members, with each member beyond four at $25 per month. Couple and family plans cover up to four visits a month, and additional family visits are $50 each. Members have telemedicine, preferential scheduling and no co-pays, plus secure text, email or phone access to their provider. Medication refills are at the provider's discretion.
Non-members can book one-time medical visits, including sick visits and physical exams. Other primary care services include sports physicals for children of all ages, boxer physicals that cover a physical exam, health history review and USA Boxing clearance where appropriate, discounted lab work including comprehensive panels, and imaging ordered at an agreed cash price at imaging facilities. A focused assessment with bodyworks combines effleurage, trigger point pressure, compression and reflexology.
IV and injection services include B-12 MIC L-Carnitine injections, priced as a single package at $30, a single injection at $35, or a four-injection package at $110, each about 15 minutes. The site says these injections may aid fat metabolism, support the liver and kidneys, and increase energy. Energy IV provides vitamins with fluids, and Immunity IV is described as supporting the immune system. Custom IV and add-on supplement options are discussed by phone and may include ondansetron, Toradol or B-12.
Medical weight loss programs are customized and may combine nutritional guidance, exercise recommendations and, when appropriate, FDA-approved medications, with ongoing support and treatment adjustments. Glucagon-like peptide (GLP) injections are offered as part of these services. Testosterone replacement therapy for men with low testosterone begins with a consultation that includes a health risk assessment, psychosocial screening and hormone lab evaluation, and programs are tailored to each patient. Members receive discounts on weight loss, hormone therapy, focused assessment with bodyworks and IV hydration. The practice notes that its website is general information rather than medical advice, that it is not for emergencies (call 911), and that patients still need separate insurance for hospitalization and major accident or injury coverage. Patients are advised to ask a tax advisor whether services are deductible.
