Lash extensions are individually applied. Full sets come in Classic, Hybrid, Wispy, and Volume styles and take about four hours. New lash clients begin with a full set. A fill needs at least 40% of the extensions still in place on both eyes; otherwise it is charged as a full set. Sets applied by another artist are removed, and a full set is applied and charged as one. The studio says it is known for high-quality, long-lasting lash extensions.

Waxing is done with a premium pearl wax designed for sensitive skin, used for Brazilian work. A Brazilian takes about 30 minutes, and the studio claims its Brazilian wax lasts weeks longer than shaving. Hair needs to be at least the length of a grain of rice. The Love Your Skin Brazilian service, priced at $75, adds Bushbalm serum and oil and includes a vajacial. Male clients are accepted only for nose, ear, and brow waxing, by referral from an existing client.

Monthly memberships spread the cost of regular visits. Lash fills are $120 a month and include two fill credits. A full set plus fill is $145 a month, with one full set and one fill when the fill is prebooked. Brazilian waxing is $150 a month and includes three credits that never expire. Lash memberships include 10% off lash aftercare kits, and Brazilian wax members get 15% off Bushbalm aftercare products.

A valid card must be kept on file to reserve, though another payment method can be used on the day. Cash is preferred, exact change only, and cards and TAP are also accepted. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval before the appointment. Changes can be made online up to 24 hours ahead; later changes must be made by phone and the deposit is not refunded. No-shows are charged the full total, and arriving more than 10 minutes late without notice leads to cancellation and full charge. Gift cards are final sale. The studio is closed on Thursdays, and Saturday hours are 9 AM to 5 PM.
