Services range from a $15 eyebrow shaping to a $100-plus customized facial, and single-area waxing runs from $10 to $75.

A visit to the facial menu usually starts with a consultation so the treatment can be tailored to skin type and concerns. The customized facial is the most involved option, with a double cleanse, exfoliation, extractions where needed, a custom mask, lymphatic massage and finishing products with SPF. A shorter Express Facial covers cleansing, exfoliation, a hydrating masque and rehydration and protection, but leaves out extractions. Teen facials are for clients 17 and under and target acne-prone skin, breakouts, clogged pores, oiliness and sensitivity. A Back Facial addresses the back with a detoxifying cleanse, custom treatment, extractions and massage.

Waxing covers the face, body and intimate areas. Brazilian waxing includes the bikini line, the strip between the cheeks and hair off the front, with the amount left up to the client. New clients can book a first-time Brazilian at a lower price, which includes a free Hydrogel Vajacial Mask and extractions if necessary. There is also a Brazilian service for men and a Brazilian paired with the Hydrogel Vajacial Mask.

Eyebrow Lamination perms the brow hairs for a fuller style and typically lasts about 4 to 8 weeks, depending on skin type, hair texture and aftercare. It is not a good fit for very sparse or very thin brows, and clients need at least 3 weeks of hair growth beforehand. Standard brow shaping begins with a consultation, then waxing, trimming and tweezing.

Booking details: service deposits on the booking site range from $5 to $25, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. A 35% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Listed hours are Monday 6 PM to 10 PM and Thursday and Friday 8 AM to 7 PM, with Wednesday and Saturday closed.

Treatments are built around each client's skin and goals after a consultation, with customized plans and homecare routines.
