The team includes Dr. Mitchell Brady, the medical director and a board-certified dermatologist, Kellee Brady, PA-C, who works as an aesthetic injector and handles Botox Cosmetic consultations, and Hannah Brady, the lead aesthetician, who books the customized facials. Botox Cosmetic is FDA-approved to temporarily improve moderate to severe frown lines between the brows, crow's feet, forehead lines and platysmal bands in adults.

SkinPen microneedling creates micro-channels in the skin to trigger the body's natural collagen response. The treatment is FDA-cleared for facial acne scars, and the spa also uses it for fine lines, uneven texture and dullness. Numbing cream is typically applied first, and redness similar to mild sunburn can last one to three days afterward. A VAMP serum combining PDRN with hyaluronic acid, vitamins and minerals can be added. Microneedling is not recommended for people with active acne breakouts, cold sores or infections in the treatment area, eczema, psoriasis, open wounds, recent sunburn, a history of keloid scars, a bleeding disorder or blood thinner use, recent isotretinoin use, or pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Facial options include a Customized Facial built around the skin's needs that day, an Acne Soothing Facial for breakout-prone skin, a Therapeutic Back Facial and Full Face Dermaplaning, which removes dead skin and peach fuzz. The Customized Facial runs about an hour and includes dry brushing, a double cleanse, exfoliation, extractions when needed, ozone-enriched steam and an upper-body massage, and it ends with products chosen for the client's skin type and goals.

Consultations can be done virtually by Zoom or FaceTime for $50, and a Botox consult is also $50. In both cases the fee is applied to the cost of treatment. According to the home page, the business has an Excellent rating based on 20 reviews.
