The spa pursues health and beauty through natural means. Its menu draws on Korean acupressure, massage, facials, scrubs and wraps that use ingredients such as pearl extract, green tea extract, red ginseng, seaweed and Dead Sea mud, along with a steam treatment that uses nine herbs and is based on traditional Korean rituals.

Visits are booked by phone, as online booking is not offered. Spa admission gives access to the amenities: a shower room, a jade steam sauna, a charcoal mud clay room, a Himalayan salt room, a near-infrared magnet room, an ice room, an oxygen room with filtered air and heated jade floors, and the herb steam room. Robes are required in heated rooms, and towels, robes and basic toiletries are provided, though clients may bring their own products. Time in the spa is capped at five hours, not counting treatments. Hugh Cafe and the Nom Nom Lounge are on site.

Treatments range from a 60-minute Swedish or shiatsu massage to 120-minute body wraps. Body scrubs are usually followed by a massage, and a gold collagen mask can be added to scrub and massage treatments. Facials include deep cleansing and extractions, and acne treatments are by appointment only.
