Cancellations or no-shows made within 12 hours of the appointment are subject to a 25% fee. Hours are Monday and Thursday 2 PM to 6 PM, Friday 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 3 PM; the studio is closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday.
