Hair is cared for according to its texture, curl pattern, existing color and chemical treatment history, and the plan is revisited at every visit so it fits the client's day-to-day life and goals.

The curly cut is the core of the menu. New clients, and returning clients whose last cut was more than six months ago, book a Fresh Curly Cut, which includes a consultation, a product recommendation, shampoo, diffusing and styling. Clients within six months of their last trim book a shorter Maintenance Curly Cut with a dry refresh. The studio also offers a Silhouette Cut, a Barber Cut done mainly with clippers, and a Kids Curly Cut for children up to 8 years old.

Color ranges from root touch-ups and glaze-style refreshes to highlights, balayage and a global dimension service called Curl Bloom. A consultation is required before a first color or extension service, and some looks take more than one session. Keratin smoothing, a curl-focused glaze and scalp-care treatments are also on the menu, along with a Restoration tHAIRapy hair loss package and a Curl & Glow service that includes scalp massage.

Clients should know the studio's booking rules before they come in. A non-refundable deposit is required for some services and is deducted at checkout. Changes or cancellations within 48 hours carry a 30% fee, same-day changes and no-call/no-shows carry a full fee, and late arrivals of more than 10 minutes without notice may lead to the appointment being cancelled or changed. Hair is cared for according to its texture, curl pattern and treatment history, and the approach is reviewed at each visit around the client's lifestyle and goals. Stylists aim to teach clients how to care for their hair at home so they feel confident with their routine.
