The studio reports serving more than 800 clients and teaching more than 175 stylists. It runs Toned & Tied, a live education experience for stylists covering extension work, work blending, and pricing. The home page also names the studio a finalist for the 2026 Redken Hair Color Award in Florida.
Extension clients follow an 8-week maintenance schedule for the Invisible HTBH Method. Extensions must arrive clean, untangled, and dry, and washing or blow-drying is only included when booked ahead. Wefts can be reused for up to 10 months with proper care and can be colored or chemically treated, but not lightened or bleached. New guests who already wear other sewn-in or hand-tied extensions need an Extension Consultation before booking maintenance.
Deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, and all services and extension purchases are final sale. Products are not shipped, and there are no refunds on services, extensions, or retail products. Concerns about a service should be raised within 72 hours of the appointment, and adjustments may be offered at the stylist's discretion.
