The salon's goal is hair care and styling shaped around each client. Visits typically begin with a personalized consultation so the service suits the client's style and needs, and free consultations are offered for a tailored quote. Listed prices are starting points, and the final cost can change with hair length, texture and how much product is used. Appointments are strongly encouraged to secure a time.

Bridal work is a major part of the salon. It describes itself as award-winning for bridal hair and makeup, says it received WeddingWire awards from 2020 to 2024, and says it was featured in The Knot's Best of Weddings 2024. It reports doing wedding hair and makeup for more than 50 brides and their parties. Wedding parties can be hosted at the salon or served on location, and parties of up to 10 can usually be accommodated.

On-site wedding work has a $800 minimum plus travel fees of $35 for 0 to 24 miles and $65 for 25 to 50 miles, with longer or overnight travel billed at the IRS mileage rate. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due 30 days before the wedding and the balance on the day. Credit, cash, check, Venmo and PayPal are accepted, and gratuity is not included. A bridal trial is recommended four to six weeks ahead and is charged separately at $100 for hair and $100 for makeup.

The salon also hosts Two Chairs, No Filter, a podcast about hair and beauty co-hosted by Hollie Morgan and Sarah Kate Price. Clients can buy an e-gift card, and an insider list shares styling tips and early access to specials.

Each service is tailored through a personalized consultation, using clean, non-toxic hair products from Kevin Murphy and Cezanne.
