The operator states they hold two certifications as a home-based lash technician. They also describe working toward becoming an esthetician or cosmetologist. The service menu is grouped into facials, henna, lash lift and tint, lashes, makeup, refills, specials, and waxing.

Booking requires a $15 deposit, which is non-refundable, and appointments are not confirmed until it is received. Clients are asked to arrive on time, with a 15-minute grace period. Arriving 15 minutes late carries a $10 late fee, and appointments are cancelled if a client is more than 20 minutes late.

Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice. Changes made without that notice are charged 50% of the scheduled service fee, and a no-show is charged the full service fee and is barred from booking future appointments. Services already purchased are non-refundable, and no refunds are given for services already performed.

Squeeze-in and after-hours appointments are arranged by text message. Payment is accepted by Apple Pay, cash, and credit or debit card through Square.
