Every plan starts with a consultation. A virtual consultation is complimentary and held by phone or video. An in-person consultation at the clinic costs $40 and covers a personalized skin assessment, the options available, pricing and aftercare. The first visit looks at concerns, sensitivities, past treatments and what has already been tried. Strength, spacing and products are chosen for each client's skin rather than a fixed protocol, and the plan can change as the skin responds. Multiple sessions are often needed, usually four to six weeks apart unless noted otherwise.
The menu runs from a monthly acne session built on a custom VI Peel with seven days of aftercare, to microchanneling with growth factors for acne scars and texture, and a pigmentation program that uses Dermamelan. Facials range from dermaplaning and a classic routine to a Korean glass skin facial and a PDRN facial. The clinic also offers hair and scalp microchanneling, cryolipolysis, filler and Botox. Most treatments are planned for 60 to 75 minutes, and every skin treatment includes a personalized home-care routine.
Appointments are booked online. A deposit of 25% of the treatment price secures a slot and cannot be reclaimed, though it can be credited toward a later booking of the same treatment. Any change or cancellation must be made a minimum of 24 hours beforehand. Slots open between 24 hours and two months in advance, and online bookings for the same day or the following day are not offered. The clinic notes that its treatments do not diagnose skin conditions, that results are not guaranteed, and that whether a treatment suits a client is decided during an in-person consultation. According to the salon, it holds a 5.0 rating on Google.
Each plan is built around the client's skin, history and goals, with strength, spacing and products adjusted as the skin responds rather than following a fixed protocol.
