Every service requires a credit card deposit, and appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead to avoid being charged 50% of the service. Virtual or in-office skincare consultations are available, and all chemical peels require an in-office consultation first. First-time clients cannot book a chemical peel. If a peel is booked within 7 to 14 days of the consultation, the consultation fee is applied to the peel.

Products include a Casmara hydrojelly mask and a vitamin C infusion in the Luxury Facial, and the business says it uses only quality, tested products.
