Hours run Monday through Friday from 5 AM to 10 PM, Saturday from 5 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday from 12 PM to 5 PM. Bookings are made through Glossgenius, and a deposit secures every appointment. That deposit is applied toward the service cost, but it is non-refundable and non-transferable unless the salon cancels. It is forfeited for same-day cancellations, cancellations or reschedules outside the allowed timeframe, or no-shows. A no-call, no-show means a new deposit is needed before another booking.

Visits start with a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, after which a $10 late fee may apply. Appointments can be canceled after 15 minutes without communication and are canceled automatically after 20 minutes. Clients may bring one guest, and children are welcome. The remaining balance is due right after the service, with payment methods provided at the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Clients with any scalp condition are asked to disclose it before booking, so the service can be assessed for safety. Clients with lice, open sores, or any contagious scalp condition are not serviced. Service concerns should be raised within 72 hours, and the salon may offer a reasonable solution or a corrective service. Photos and videos may be taken before, during, or after appointments for the salon's website and social media, and clients who prefer not to be photographed can say so before the service starts.

Clients are asked to disclose any scalp condition before the appointment so the salon can assess whether the service is safe to perform.
