Extensions make up a large share of the list. Before booking any extension service, clients need an in-person consultation. For consultations, whether virtual or in person, hair should be clean, free of product and blown straight. The business does not install clip-ins, I-tip, microlink or tape-in extensions bought from other vendors.

Most services need a $25 deposit at booking, with higher deposits for microlink sew-ins ($125), tape-ins ($175) and I-tip microlinks ($225). Reschedules or cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged 25% of the service price, and no-shows are charged the same amount and may affect future scheduling.
