Color is the largest part of the menu. Options run from a $40 test strand or consultation, which is credited toward the service only if the service is booked the same day, through base color, tonal gloss, all-over color, mini and full highlights, partial and full balayage, partial and full babylights, ombre and custom dimensional color. Root shade and tonal gloss refreshes the root and gloss, but does not lighten hair or cover gray. The mini highlight bleaches only the money piece and includes a root shade, tonal gloss and blow dry. Prices are set by the outcome a client wants. Starting prices are based on an hourly rate of $80, and extra hourly charges apply if a service runs past its booked time. Extension installation appears on the site at both a consultation price and from $200, so it is worth confirming when booking. Booking requires a card on file, authorized by digital signature. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 72 hours ahead; no-shows and late cancellations are charged the full service total, and deposits are non-refundable within that window. Grace periods are 15 minutes for color and 7 minutes for haircuts, and later arrivals forfeit the deposit and service charges. Services are not refundable, but refinements are offered within 72 hours of the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or custom amounts and are final sale. The studio accepts payments and offers Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings from $50 to $4,000 after approval. Booking terms also allow the studio to post client images on social media for marketing.
