Treatments are inspired by the waters of the Pacific Northwest and draw on ocean-based wellness. Several use marine-based biotechnology with ocean minerals and trace elements, and the Spinal Detox enhancement applies self-warming marine mud along the spine. Every service starts with a Sole Soak and a tea of the day. Guests can settle into a relaxation room, where teas and infused waters are served before treatments.

The menu includes massage in 50- or 80-minute sessions with deep, relaxation or prenatal pressure. Facials range from a 50-minute honey enzyme peel to a Bespoke Facial that is customized to each guest's skincare needs in 50- or 80-minute versions. The O2 Luxe Radiance Facial is a 60-minute oxygen facial using HydroPeptide products, and dermaplaning is a clinical exfoliation done with a sterile surgical blade. Body scrubs, body wraps and a combined scrub and wrap are offered, along with brow, lash and combined tints. Private spa parties are available for groups of four to ten, with custom options on request.

Spa services carry a 20% taxable service charge. Of that, 17% goes to the service provider and 3% is kept by the hotel, and guests may modify the charge. Gratuities are not included in treatment prices. In-room services and appointments outside spa hours are not covered by the menu and are quoted by spa staff or the concierge. Hotel guests pay a daily destination fee of $33.17 that includes dry sauna access.

Guests should arrive 15 minutes early to check in and are asked to turn off cell phones during visits. Changes and cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, with a 50% charge for later cancellations and the full price for missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours. Groups and bookings of three or more services need 72 hours' notice. Late arrivals may not get extended time and are charged the full price for affected services. Valet parking is complimentary during scheduled services.

Treatments draw on Pacific Northwest waters and ocean-based wellness, using marine ingredients and biotechnology.

A relaxation room serves teas and infused waters before treatments, and the locker rooms have personal lockers and a dry sauna.
