Visits begin with a consultation with a technician to talk through nail goals and preferences. The service and design are chosen after that conversation, and aftercare advice along with recommended products is given at the end of each visit.

The menu covers spa manicures and pedicures, shellac and gel work, acrylic and pink and white sets, dip powder, custom nail designs and nail art, and repairs for chips and cracks between appointments. Children are welcome, with separate kids' services for ages 10 and under.
