The salon's philosophy starts with healthy hair as the foundation for beautiful hair. Each visit aims to be a personalized experience shaped around the individual client's needs. The salon describes itself as using only the best products and techniques.

Haircuts begin with a consultation and hair analysis, then a shampoo with scalp massage, a technical blow dry, and at-home care recommendations. Color services include a one-step root color and a one-step all-over color from scalp to ends. The Brazilian blowout is a semi-permanent liquid keratin treatment for frizz, shine and smoothing. Extensions begin with a consultation, and eyelash extensions are also offered.

Booking policies: a consultation fee is applied to the appointment when it is booked the same day. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before a service. Cancellations inside 24 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled cost. Eyelash extensions are available to new clients by referral only.
