Clients are asked to give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel; later cancellations are charged 30% of the service fee, and no-call, no-show bookings are charged 50% and may limit future bookings.
Multi-session packages suit regular clients. Waxing standing appointments are booked every four to five weeks, package credits apply automatically at checkout when booking on the services page, and Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom value and are final sale.
