Chemical peels come in three graded strengths. Level 1 uses 30% lactic acid and suits clients new to peels. Level 2 combines 15% glycolic acid with 5% lactic acid. Level 3 uses 25% glycolic acid and 5% lactic acid, with coconut charcoal and willowherb, and is meant for clients with prior peel experience and not recommended for sensitive skin. The Algae Peel uses marine algae from Korea. Peeling starts 48 to 72 hours afterward and can last 7 to 10 days. The salon lists visible results after one session and best results after three to four sessions.

The facial menu includes a custom facial shaped to each client's skin type, with cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, serums or moisturizers and SPF. A Hydrofacial is machine-based, combining deep exfoliation, suction of dirt and oil, and hydration. Other options are microdermabrasion, which removes the outer layer of dead skin cells, EMS facial toning, Electroporation, which uses needleless mesotherapy to help products absorb, and a Beyond Botox facial. A back facial takes 75 minutes. Add-ons such as dermaplaning, oxygen infusion therapy, EMS, microdermabrasion and Electroporation can be added to a facial.

Laser hair removal is offered to new and existing clients, for full body and small body areas, with prices that depend on the treatment. Free 15-minute laser consultations are available in person or by phone, and the salon describes them as personalized sessions with its team. Brow and lash services include eyebrow lamination with or without tint, lash lifts with or without tint, and a Korean lash lift. The portfolio also shows eyebrow waxing, wispy lash extensions, volume lash extensions and angel lash sets.

Clients need to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours ahead, or a fee is charged to the card on file. Payment is accepted by Zelle, cash, credit card and tap to pay, with a 3.5% fee on card payments. Guests are not allowed to come along, and children are not permitted. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and needs approval before the appointment. New laser clients pay a deposit, and laser deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or late cancellations. Full body and total body laser packages are non-refundable, add-ons are bought separately from packages, and gift card sales are final.
