Hair removal is the core of the menu. Waxing is done with both hard wax and strip wax, and the choice depends on each client's skin type and sensitivity. Sugaring, a method that uses sugar, lemon and water, is also offered. A 2018 press article stated that Brazilian and bikini services start at $35.
Facials centre on the Botnia Facial, which uses the organic, plant-based Botnia product line. The line is described as locally grown, sourced and hand-crafted in Sausalito. A session includes a skin evaluation, a deep cleanse, exfoliation, extractions when needed, massage and finishing products, and it can be adjusted to each client's skin needs.
The studio describes itself as clean and sanitary, with a focus on high-quality hair removal care. First-time clients are asked to bring a signed consent form to their first appointment. Cancellations are requested 48 hours ahead; same-day and no-show cancellations are charged in full.
San Francisco is open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 am to 7 pm, Friday from 10 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 11 am to 3:30 pm, and it is closed Tuesday and Sunday. Street parking in San Francisco is limited, but the Sutter Stockton Garage and the Union Square Garage are nearby and open seven days a week, and Montgomery and Powell MUNI and BART stations are close by.
