The studio describes its goal as a non-judgmental space where clients of every shape, size, hair type, age and background can leave feeling their best. The business calls its waxing high-quality and professional, and says its products are formulated for delicate skin, including the vulva.

Before a first visit, clients complete a consultation form sent by email. Hair should be at least about a quarter inch long for waxing, so clients are advised not to shave in between. Longer hair can be trimmed beforehand when needed. Aftercare product suggestions are tailored to each client's skin type, and an aftercare card is given after each appointment. Clients are also advised to exfoliate two to three times a week and at least 72 hours before a visit.

Schedules are set around how quickly each client's hair grows, usually every three to four weeks and stretching to four to six weeks as growth slows. First-time clients are encouraged to book at least two sessions before a significant event. Cancellations or late reschedules within 12 hours of the appointment carry a 50% fee, and a no-call, no-show is charged 90% to the card on file after an 8-minute grace period. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
