The menu has three groups: body treatments and vajacials, body waxing, and facial waxing. Three bundles pair a wax with a finishing treatment, and each includes a customized hydro-jelly mask.

Booking requires a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable. Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice, or not showing up, forfeits the deposit and adds a $30 fee for most services; for smaller services such as brows or underarms, only the deposit is forfeited. Clients have a 7-minute grace period after their appointment time before it may count as a no-show, and are asked to arrive on time or call or text if they are running late.

First-time clients are guided through the waxing process one step at a time. For the best results, hair should be at least a quarter inch long, which usually means four to five weeks of growth after shaving.

Walks first-time clients through each stage of the waxing process, with the aim of making every visit comfortable.

The studio describes its space as safe and welcoming for all clients.
