Massages range from Swedish and prenatal sessions to deep tissue, sport and hot stone work, and couples massage is a side-by-side session for two. Swedish, deep tissue, sport and hot stone massages include aromatherapy and hot towels, while prenatal and couples massages include aromatherapy. Lash extensions come as classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume full sets, with fills offered only on sets first applied at the spa and a $25 fee for removal.

Facials run from a light express glow to a 70-minute dermaplaning treatment that removes dull skin and fine vellus hair. Head spa visits include shampoo, conditioner, face cleansing and a professional blow dry, though hair styling itself is not part of the service. Head spa treatments are not offered to guests with hair extensions, scalp ringworm or fungal scalp conditions, and massage and facial services are not provided to clients with active skin infections, fungal conditions or contagious skin issues.

Bookings can be made by phone, email or the online platform, and advance booking is advised. Guests should arrive at least 15 minutes early. A credit card is required to reserve an appointment, and no-shows are charged $25 of the service cost. Payment is due at the time of service, gratuity is appreciated but not included, and services are non-refundable, with guests who are unhappy asked to say so within 48 hours. Packages are arranged through reception, and package sessions can be shared, gifted or split between people.

Guests can finish a visit with a refreshment menu that includes hot chocolate, juices, premium spirits, cocktails and snacks. Phones are asked to be silenced and voices kept low to keep the space quiet. Sunday hours run from 10 AM to 6 PM.
