The Gentleman's Facial is built around men's concerns such as razor irritation, dryness and congestion, and includes a beard cleanse with beard oil where it applies. Golden Back Renewal focuses on deep cleansing and exfoliation of the back, and Golden Hour Glow is a customized facial with one corrective add-on.
Brow services run from a quick wax to a fuller session with lamination and a semi-permanent tint or stain. Lash extensions come in a hybrid cluster style for a more natural or wispy look and a volume cluster style for fuller or darker lashes, and both include a complimentary lash bath. Body waxing covers lips, chin, underarms, half and full legs and the full face.
Packages suit clients who want a regular routine. The Fresh Face Package pairs three customized facials with three brow waxes, and the Facial Bliss Package offers three 90-minute facials. Both are redeemed once a month over three months, and package credits apply automatically at checkout after booking as usual.
Booking has firm terms. Cancellations within 48 hours carry a 65% fee, and no-call no-shows or same-day cancellations are charged the remaining appointment amount in full. Deposits range from $5 to $25 and cover the original date with one reschedule. There is a 10-minute grace period, a $20 late fee applies after it, and arriving more than 15 minutes late can lead to cancellation.
