Treatment plans are customized to each client's skin and goals. The clinic says its methods are scientifically backed and describes its aim as clearing and balancing skin without medication.

A first visit begins with a consultation, which is required before any other service for new clients. It includes a skin analysis, a customized treatment plan and home care instructions. Clients can book by text, phone call or the online contact form. The clinic is open Tuesday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and is closed Sunday and Monday. New clients are asked to give at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. A late cancellation or no-show carries a $100 fee for new clients, booking privileges are paused after three no-shows, and a late arrival may shorten or move the appointment while the full fee still applies.

Ongoing care is supported through Essentials and Elite memberships, which include member discounts, monthly drawings and member-only events, and through packages that combine treatments at a reduced price. Payment plans are available through Cherry, with some 0% APR options subject to eligibility, and the clinic also offers wedding packages, gift cards and an online shop of aesthetician-approved skin care products.
