Chad Demchuk opened the studio in 2024 as a space where one guest is seen at a time. With no double booking, the stylist's attention is never split between chairs. The salon's stated aim is for guests to feel welcomed, heard and valued, with attention to both confidence and comfort.
The room is calm and boutique, with soft textures and warm lighting. Guests can use complimentary Wi-Fi and phone chargers and choose from coffee, tea, soft drinks and sparkling water. Snacks are offered while color processes, and the shampoo and scalp massage is done with the lights softened.
Color is the core of the work. The salon describes its color expertise as advanced, and its gray coverage and blending as modern, refined and realistic. Color services need a separately booked cut or blowout to complete a visit, and new guests begin with a color consultation before any color is scheduled. Services are not offered for children's hair, formal styling or updos, chemical straightening, perms, or razor cutting.
Visits run Tuesdays from 2 to 6 PM and Wednesday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM. Guests enter IMAGE Studios through the glass doors marked Suite 100 and find the salon in Studio 105. Parking is free in the gated lot shared with IMAGE Studios and Eastline Residences, first come first served, or in the Texas Neurology garage, which can be validated for visits longer than three hours.
Advice is honest and tailored to each guest, including saying when a service is not the best fit for them.
