Extension clients start with an application, and the salon replies within 48 business hours. A first extension appointment takes 2 to 4 hours and includes color, a custom color match, a blending cut, styling and a first follow-up at 4 weeks. Appointments include before and after photos. Install prices range by volume and length, and a complete quote is given at the consultation, since pricing depends on natural hair length, texture, condition, density, lifestyle and how much maintenance a client can commit to. Extension maintenance is recommended every 6 to 8 weeks, and worn wefts are replaced with the cost communicated in advance.

Color services are chosen to suit the look. Balayage, foiling and foilyage are available, and the method is selected during the color consultation. Color corrections address results from at-home box dye and other past color. Current clients can book directly, and haircuts for current clients are offered separately from new-client services.

The salon says its priority is creating a welcoming space where clients can find confidence, and that it uses only top-quality products and works with partners who share its values. Booking policies ask clients who are more than 10 to 15 minutes late to notify the salon, since services may be shortened or the appointment rescheduled. No-shows are charged the full service amount, cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service cost, and same-day cancellations are charged the full amount.
