Body services range from small areas such as underarms and the chest to full legs, and include Brazilian, bee-kini and derriere options along with vajacial treatments, one of which is designed for ingrown hair. Facial hair removal covers the lip, chin, cheeks and sideburns, neck and nose. Brow services include maintenance, tinting, and a combined shape and tint. Lash services are lifts and tints, and the studio no longer offers lash extensions.

Clients are asked to prepare for hair removal by letting hair grow for two to three weeks and keeping the skin exfoliated and moisturized. Lash clients should arrive makeup free with clean lashes. Brazilian services can be done during a menstrual cycle, with a tampon or menstrual cup. Clients should tell the technician about any medical conditions, allergies or injuries before the service begins.

Booking requires a valid credit or debit card, which is charged at the end of the service or for a late cancellation or no-show. Clients are asked to arrive five minutes early to complete forms, and late arrivals may have their service shortened or be asked to reschedule. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead avoid fees, and a no-show is charged half the service fee. Extra guests and children are not permitted at appointments.

The Queen Bee membership gives members lower prices than non-members on most services. Gift cards can be bought online.
