Every visit starts with a skin analysis, followed by a treatment tailored to the skin's current condition and the client's concerns. Appointments end with personalized recommendations for home care.

Treatments on the menu include a customized facial, a back treatment for acne-prone skin, patchy coloring, and coarse texture on the back, plus a chemical peel reserved for established clients whose skin has been readied beforehand. Micro-needling and Procell Micro-Channeling make controlled tiny channels in the skin, with the goal of smoothing the surface, softening lines, minimizing enlarged pores, improving scarring left by acne, and evening out general complexion.

The studio is on the second floor and is not ADA accessible. Entry requires one flight of stairs with no elevator or alternate entrance. Visitors use the call box beside the door, press 07, then press Call to be buzzed in. Limited parking is available in front of the building, and public parking is available nearby.

Several treatments can be booked as three-session packages, which save between $70 and $110 compared with single sessions. Gift certificates come in $100 and $180 values, can be used for any service, and expire one year after purchase. Physical certificates are picked up at the studio, and virtual ones are emailed to the recipient.
