Services run from color work such as single process color, balayage, full and partial highlights, gloss, and double process root touch-ups, to Redken and Olaplex treatments, perms, and keratin smoothing. Haircuts are offered for toddlers, children, men and women, and hair extensions and formal styling for weddings and events are also available. The salon sells products online and works with Moroccan Oil and American Crew.

Booking requires a credit card on file. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment are charged half the total of the scheduled services. Tips are not processed on cards; the salon prefers cash and no longer accepts tips through Venmo. Staff are paid on commission.

Parking is limited: the salon has a small free lot that does not guarantee a space. Metered parking can be paid through the PassportParking app or at ppprk.com, or with coins and tokens. The main Kennett Square parking garage and the metered spaces at the Kennett library are each about two blocks away.
