On-site hair and makeup covers weddings, wedding guests, rehearsal dinners, proms, pageants and corporate events, requested through an online booking form. Starting prices include a Kids Blowout from $50, a LUX Blowout from $85, a LUX Blowout with Extensions from $110, LUX Custom Event Styles from $125, custom makeup from $125, makeup with lashes or airbrush from $145, and LUX makeup with lashes and airbrush from $165. Final on-site prices depend on intricacy, parking fees and travel distance. Groups are staffed at roughly two to four guests per stylist. Corporate and residential on-site bookings need at least three participants. The site needs a chair, a clean surface and a nearby outlet, but no sink. For blowouts, hair should be damp, and the business suggests washing it the night before or the morning of the appointment. Travel within 20 miles of the Saugus salon is included in the booking fee, the North Shore towns carry no travel fee, and beyond that travel is charged per mile. Service reaches Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, Connecticut and Rhode Island, plus other Northeast locations, with long-distance travel requiring a booking form.

The salon sits inside Vintage Beauty Lounge and is used for hair and makeup trials, spray tans, body waxing and esthetics, which are offered only there. Bridal hair and makeup trials are $200 each, and the makeup trial includes lashes and airbrush. Trials run seven days a week, must be booked well ahead, and take at least three hours. Clients are asked to bring inspiration photos, extensions if they want them, and hair accessories or a veil. A trial does not guarantee wedding day availability. Vintage Beauty Lounge also rents its salon exclusively for private events such as weddings, proms, birthdays and corporate gatherings. The process is to contact for pricing and availability, customize a package, and then book in advance. The salon's Spa Day menu includes haircuts, scalp treatments, brow shaping, body waxing, spray tans, facials, dermaplaning, microneedling, and Botox and filler injections, and a pre-wedding prep spa day is priced by package size on request.

Payment is taken in advance through the booking software. A $300 booking fee, or 50% of invoices under $300, reserves the date, and the remaining balance is due seven days before the event. Booking fees and deposits are refundable only for cancellations more than 90 days out. Changes to guests or services are allowed up to 90 days before the wedding. Appointments can be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours ahead, and cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are charged the full list price of the services. A 20% gratuity is added to every invoice, and tipping is accepted with cash as the stated preferred method. A $25 fee applies for every half hour a client is not ready at the scheduled time.
