Custom color and style services are sized from a mini session for refreshing color between bigger visits up to full custom work, and each one is booked after a consultation form. Color retouch covers the first inch of regrowth; clients with more growth than that are steered toward the mini custom service. Toner and blow-dry maintenance fits between color appointments, and traditional highlighting can be applied to the scalp.

Cutting covers straight and curly hair. The Curly Cutting System includes a curly style, and the deluxe version adds a chelating treatment and a deep conditioning treatment. Curly cuts are done on hair that is clean, dry and curly at each visit, and existing clients can book a trim for upkeep. Long-to-short cuts and bobs must be booked as a haircut with blow-dry.

Treatments include a one-hour B3 deep conditioning service with a blow-dry finish, a five-minute deep conditioner that can be mixed with Pure Shades color, a fifteen-minute deep conditioner added at the shampoo bowl, and a five-minute K18 treatment suited to straight or curly hair. Virtual Curl Coaching is a one-hour Zoom session for styling guidance at home; clients start with freshly shampooed and conditioned hair.

Booking starts with a consultation form, which the studio reviews before contacting the client about which service to book. Appointments are secured with a card on file under the cancellation policy on the booking site. Virtual coaching is invoiced and paid 24 hours before the session, once the booking is approved.
