The pedicure menu starts with a classic service that covers trimming and shaping, cuticle care, a sugar scrub, a warm towel and a foot massage. A spa version adds callus treatment, a hot-towel mask wrap, paraffin wax and a longer massage. The top option is a 60-minute, five-step treatment built around volcano crystal, a collagen mask wrap and a collagen lotion massage. Manicures follow a similar pattern, with a classic service and a spa manicure that adds a sugar scrub, a mask, paraffin, a hot towel and a longer hand massage.

Children aged 10 and under can book basic or gel manicures and pedicures, and polish changes are offered for young clients as well. Nail enhancements are priced from a starting figure, and an additional charge may apply for length, shape, French tips and 2D or 3D designs.

Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may forfeit their appointment, and allergies or medical conditions should be reported before service. The salon is open Monday to Friday from 10:30am to 7:00pm and Saturday from 9:30am to 5:00pm, and it is closed on Sundays. Payment is accepted in cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Hollywood Nails gift certificates, but not by check. Gift certificates are bought in person at the check-out station and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Scratched or misshaped nails are fixed if the client reports them within 24 hours, with a correction appointment within three days. Work can be redone at no extra cost if a client is unhappy with its quality and says so right after the appointment. Refunds or credits are not given for a change of mind, and repairs needed because of a color or shape change or client-caused damage carry a service fee. The salon is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings on the premises.
