Extensions are the main focus. The salon works with four extension types: beaded, cold fusion, fusion and tape-in. Beaded extensions are attached with a loop tool and secured with a small silicone bead matched to the extension color, and the salon states that this method does not damage natural hair. Cold fusion and beaded extensions are priced per strand, while tape-in extensions are priced by how much hair is needed. Fusion bonds are made of 100% keratin with no beads, metals, glues, waxes or adhesives. Tape-in pieces are pre-taped, and the salon notes they are semi-permanent and reusable across several applications. Wavy fusion extensions are offered with a cut, and keratin extensions are styled at the client's home instead of the salon.
A visit begins with a required in-person consultation before any extensions are applied. The consultation costs $75 and that amount goes toward the total service price, which is quoted at the consultation and covers the hair, installation, cut and style. A deposit is needed to book the installation appointment, and it is non-refundable because the supplier does not accept hair order returns. Hair is not kept in stock, so orders are placed once a client asks for them, and checks must clear before the order goes in, which can add to the wait. If hair color at the consultation differs from the color on installation day, a second visit is needed for color matching. Clients receive a care sheet at installation and are shown how to brush their extensions.
Beyond extensions, the salon offers balayage in several forms, full-head highlights, highlights with single process color, and a keratin blowout with a cut. Color can be deposited over extensions with a developer no stronger than 20-volume, but extensions cannot be lightened or bleached. Payment is accepted by cash, check, Zelle, Venmo and Cash App.
Extension work is planned around a required consultation, and each method is matched to the client's hair, with installation carried out using the method's own bonding or attachment approach.
