The spa describes itself as a top-tier medical and aesthetics spa and says it leads Kansas City with newer techniques, treatments and procedures.

The spa says its approach starts with personal attention. Staff take time to learn each client's goals before recommending any care. Some services, such as the VI Peel, PDO thread lifting and permanent hair reduction, begin with a consultation. Consultations carry a $50 non-refundable deposit at booking, which is credited toward later products or services. A consultation cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed entirely, forfeits that fee. Clients are asked to disclose retinol or similar prescription medications.

The laser menu is broad. It includes the Chrome Lase-Station, which the business says is the first and only device of its kind in Kansas City, along with IPL photorejuvenation, the Detox carbon laser facial, Q-Switch for brown pigment in dark spots, ResurFX fractional resurfacing, Tetra CoolPeel, Revivo for redness, Refresh for pigment and texture, NanoFrax, FemTouch and permanent hair reduction. Microneedling options include SkinPen, Vivace with or without radiofrequency, and the PRF facial, which uses the client's own platelet-rich fibrin.

Injectable services cover Botox, Dysport or Daxxify, dermal fillers for areas from the lips and cheeks to the jawline, hands and nasolabial folds, plus Sculptra, PDO thread lifts and PRF hair restoration. Wellness programs are personalized after a consultation and are medically supervised. They include hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, NAD+, glutathione and Vitamin B Complex.

Appointments are by appointment only at both locations and can be booked online or by text. Kansas City is open Monday through Thursday 9am to 8pm, Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm, and is closed Sunday. Prairie Village is open Monday through Thursday 9am to 6pm, Friday 9am to 4pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm, and is closed Sunday. Financing is available for treatments, and gift cards can be purchased.

Hollyday focuses on personal attention, with staff learning each client's goals before recommending care. Its wellness plans are medically supervised and tailored after a consultation.
